How To Fully Close Mac Applications

Many people assume Mac’s are the same as Window’s based computers. Well their operating system’s are different so it can get confusing at times. One major difference between Window’s and Mac is in Mac when you close the window of a program, it will still run. In Window’s the program will fully close if you close the program window.
How to fully close Applications:
- 1. Use COMMAND + TAB to scroll through your open applications.
- 2. When you hover over the application you wish to close press Q

This can help you because if you leave applications open it uses up your ram.
What is Ram?:
Ram is the space your system has to process tasks. To help you understand think of a desk. You have to write a full report right? Ro do that you have to have a lot of resources, etc. Well say the amount of ram you have is 1 GB. Well imagine having to spread out all of your papers so its organized but the desk is very small. You will most likely get confused and slow down. This is what the computer has it like when it dosent have enough ram.
